Q. Why custom logos?
Personalised with your own choices of colours and drawings, a custom logo is a great way to make your business stand out and speak to your specific goals and intentions.
Q. How long will my logo take to complete?
Anywhere between 1-14 days is the average turnaround period, subject to change depending on my personal circumstances.
Q. I don't like how my logo turned out
I you would like to receive regular update pictures as I work on your logo please let me know! This way, if you see anything you're unhappy with (eg. colours, placement of drawings etc.) you can alert me early to avoid disappointment.
Q. Are the logos all your own work?
Yes! Each is designed from scratch on my iPad, the text is my handwriting and drawings are my own.

• Refunds are not provided once I have begun working on your order
• Minor revisions (eg. colour changes) are provided free of charge, however drastic revisions (eg. placement of letters, changes to lettering or doodles) will incur an extra fee depending on complexity of change
• Progress photos will not be provided unless you notify me that you would like them sent, if you do not notify me, I will select the composition and direction of the logo
• Be extremely clear when filling out the order form, this includes mentioning any spacing, punctuation marks and providing a reference photo if needed. Without this clarity, I may remove underscores, and periods from the logo.
• When paying through PayPal, ensure the payment is sent in GBP. If you live in another country, PayPal will convert your currency to GBP at no extra cost to you
• Additionally, ensure you have the 'friends and family' option selected when undergoing payment, and include a note mentioning your username.
